This project supported parliamentary and public institutions as well as community-based organizations in the Bandundu, Katanga, Maniema, and South Kivu provinces.

This project supported parliamentary and public institutions as well as community-based organizations in the Bandundu, Katanga, Maniema, and South Kivu provinces. The project developed and implemented programs to improve provincial and local entities’ financial management and budgeting capabilities. The program strengthened accountability and cooperation between local, provincial, and national governing bodies (parliamentary, executive, and judicial, as well as local authoritative bodies, such as police forces)
