Final Evaluation of USAID GEMAP Activities

This project assisted the Government of Liberia and Monrovia City Corporation with creation and institutionalization of effective financial and asset management policies and procedures, containment of corruption, and improvement of overall economic governance. USAID provided technical assistance to the majority of Liberian institutions receiving project support, in a number of technical areas including National Budget processes, regulatory reform, concessions reform, public asset management, state-owned enterprise reform, organizational change, and national ICT policy and strategy formulation.
