SI’s Strengthening Ethiopia’s Urban Health Program (SEUHP) responds to the need for integration of health promotion and demand generation efforts in urban areas through health education, communication materials, and awareness campaigns.

SEUHP conducted this behavior change communication (BCC) formative assessment to inform the BCC strategy design process. This formative behavior change communication (BCC) assessment was designed to assess the knowledge of and attitudes toward health care services and the current practices in utilizing health care services.
