Note to Stakeholders and Prospective Applicants for USAID-funded Grants under the Municipal Waste Recycling Program

The DRAFT Annual Program Statement (APS) for the Municipal Waste Recycling Program that is listed on this website has replaced the 2017 version that was valid until September 30, 2017.

The DRAFT Annual Program Statement (APS) for the Municipal Waste Recycling Program that is listed on this website has replaced the 2017 version that was valid until September 30, 2017. Through December 15, 2017, we invite stakeholders and prospective applicants to provide suggestions on the Draft APS using the email address: mwrpgrants@dig-global.com.

In January 2018, an amended version of the APS will be posted with a submission deadline of March 31st, 2018. The currently mentioned deadline of December 31, 2017 has been canceled. Therefore, in 2017 no new applicants or concept notes will be accepted.

USAID and the Development Innovations Group are looking forward to receiving new concept notes and applications in 2018. We advise potential applicants not to submit applications until the new APS has been posted, since some parameters of the grants program may be modified in the new January 2, 2018 version of the APS.

All applications and concept notes that we have received by September 30, 2017, will be reviewed in accordance with the 2017 APS.
